Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Our commitment
omrireis.com is committed to making its content accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.
What we have done
The following measures have been applied across the site:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single
<main>landmark, descriptive headings, and labelled navigation regions. - Keyboard accessibility: every interactive element can be reached and operated with the Tab and Enter / Space keys; a “Skip to main content” link is provided at the top of every page.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Text alternatives (
altattributes) for all meaningful images. Decorative SVG icons are marked witharia-hidden="true". - Language declared via the
langattribute on the<html>element. - Adequate color contrast between text and background, meeting at least the WCAG AA 4.5:1 ratio for body text.
- Responsive layout that works at zoom levels up to 200% and on mobile devices.
- Links that open in a new tab are explicitly marked and use
rel="noopener noreferrer"for security and to support assistive technology announcements. - No content that flashes more than three times per second.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some portions of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some third-party brand logos shown in the “Clients I've Worked With” section are bitmap files whose alt text describes the brand but cannot be enlarged without quality loss.
- Embedded third-party content (e.g., LinkedIn or YouTube embeds on case study pages) is subject to the accessibility of the original publisher and may not fully conform to WCAG.
- Some PDF and image assets linked from case studies have not been individually remediated for accessibility.
We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback that helps us prioritise.
Accessibility tools you can use
You can adjust the site to your needs using standard browser and operating-system features:
- Increase text size: press Ctrl + + (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + + (macOS).
- Reset zoom: press Ctrl + 0 (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + 0 (macOS).
- High-contrast mode: available in Windows (Settings → Ease of Access → High Contrast), macOS (System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Increase Contrast), and most browsers.
- Screen readers: the site has been tested with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS / iOS.
- Reader mode: most modern browsers offer a reader / simplified-view mode that strips visual styling.
Standards and testing
- Standard: WCAG 2.0 Level AA and Israeli Standard IS 5568.
- Testing method: a combination of automated tooling (Lighthouse, axe DevTools) and manual keyboard / screen-reader review.
- Last accessibility review: June 7, 2026.
